Idikajang is a limited liability company operating within the scope of consulting services. Idikajang was established under the name PT Darma Utama Sapta based on Deed of Establishment No. 12, dated March 3, 1978, by Notary Raden Soerojo Wongsowidjojo, S.H., domiciled in the Administrative City of Jakarta. On June 16, 1978, the Company amended its Articles of Association and changed its name to PT Idi Kajang based on Amendment Deed No. 34, dated June 16, 1978, by the same Notary, ratified by the Minister of Justice Decree No. Y.A.5/216/12, dated July 31, 1978.
The Company's Articles of Association have undergone several amendments. In 2009, the Company was officially renamed PT Idi Kajang Consultants in accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, based on Deed No. 34, dated March 12, 2029, by Notary Siswadji, S.H., with ratification from the Minister of Law and Human Rights on March 15, 2009 (No. AHU-12796.AH.01.02, 2009). The Articles of Association were last amended in 2022 through Notarial Deed No. 05, dated March 30, 2022, by Kasmita Syafni, S.H., Notary domiciled in South Jakarta Administrative City, duly recorded with the Legal Entity Administration System of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (No. AHU-0023887.AH.01.02, April 4, 2022).
